How we work
m collective ventures is led by Walter Meisner, a licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years in utility-scale solar, energy storage and M&A, most recently leading energy storage development and strategic M&A at MN8 Energy, and before that at Savion, Avangrid Renewables and Iberdrola.
We work embedded rather than adjacent: clear milestones, quantified assumptions and ownership of the outcome. Engagements are structured as a retainer, a retainer with equity, or a defined project, scaled to the company’s stage.
